Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays, special releases, or warm-weather months, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Days

To protect your chocolate from extended transit times, orders generally ship Monday through Wednesday. This helps avoid packages sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.

Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate can melt in transit. During warmer months or when temperatures are high, we may:

• Add insulated packaging and cold packs

• Delay shipment until safe weather conditions return

• Recommend expedited shipping options

Additional warm-weather packaging fees may apply at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Melting Disclaimer

We do our best to package chocolate for safe arrival, but once a package is in transit, exposure to heat is beyond our control. Slight softening or bloom may occur, but it does not affect flavor or quality.
