  • Allergens: Our facility processes milk, soy, nuts, and wheat. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, all products may contain traces of these allergens.
  • Ingredients: While we strive to source high-quality ingredients, consumers with severe allergies should contact us for detailed ingredient information before purchasing.

3. Shipping & Temperature Warning
Chocolate is heat-sensitive.
  • Warm Weather Shipping: During warmer months, we use insulated packaging and ice packs.
  • Liability: Chokaico is not responsible for melted chocolate if a package is left in a warm location after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

4. Bean-to-Bar Process Disclaimer
"Bean-to-bar" indicates that we control the process from purchasing cacao beans to making the chocolate bar. This term is not formally regulated, but we strive for transparency in our sourcing and production methods.
