2022 Harvest

Provenance: Northern Haiti—Produits des Iles S.A. (PISA) 

We were fortunate to get a few pounds of this vintage harvest, and we couldn't be happier we did! The deep, fragrant notes of this origin are notably rich and complex. This particular batch is more settled and nuanced due to the age of the beans. 

Our Tasting Notes: 
Aromas: Deep chocolate, vanilla, red berries, and dried nuts.
Flavors: figs, caramelized sugar, hazelnut, berries. 
Finish: Red wine tannins, caramel, and figs.

Red Wine Pairing: Ribera del Duero varieties or Pinot Noir.

Ingredients: Cacao trinitario beans, cocoa butter, and cane sugar.
