A sumptuous, creamy and deeply fragrant chocolate bar with the subtle, crunchy texture of organic dried berries. It’s a decadent marriage of tropical fine cacao from Cerecita, Ecuador and flavorful organic berries from California, United States.
Our tasting Notes:
Aromas: A cacophony of sweet berries and heavenly fudge brownies.
Flavors: There are minty notes of pine, juicy dried apricot and raisin hints as well as a creaminess in the texture that leaves you wanting more and more.
Ingredients:

Chocolate: Nacional Cacao Arriba beans, cane sugar and cacao butter.
About the main Ingredient, the cacao!
Hacienda Palo Santo is a cacao farm located on the Cerecita Valley near the Ecuadorian coast, one hour away from Guayaquil.
Palo Santo is owned and daily managed by a family of agronomists who have been involved in the cacao production over three generations, developing innovative production techniques to protect resources and increase productivity while working on rigorous post-harvest controls with the needed infrastructure to produce the highest quality and homogenous cacao beans and pulp.
