Provenance: Alto Beni Region, Bolivia.  50 grams.

The chocolate aroma is bold and undeniably fragrant with sweet, dark vibrant fruits, raisins and a long-lasting, rich chocolate after taste that will leave you wanting more.

This chocolate bar is pricier than most of our bars due to the fact that they are harvested in the wild jungles of Bolivia and the logistics involved in getting them all the way to the united states are not cheap!

Ingredients in this chocolate bar: Criollo cacao beans, organic cane sugar and organic cacao butter.

Healthy, Nutritious and out of this world delicious!

About the main ingredient, cacao!

These are out of the Alto Beni region of Bolivia and much of the stock is from the same wild harvested trees.  I find it terribly interesting how different the flavor profiles are given similar genetics but different cultivation and fermentation procedures.

As with many beans with Criollo stock, this cocoa will not blow you away with huge flavors. But very much like it's wild counterparts, it is sure to wow you with it's character. To repeat myself (from the Wild Bolivians), this cocoa and the chocolate that can be made from will make you happy.
